Cheile Turzii
In the Natural Reservation of Cheile Turzii and around, you can spend your time with various activities, such as hiking to walking or cycling, climbing (via ferrata) zipline, paragliding and many others.
At Gavane
"At Găvane" is a place that just a few tourists
know, even though it is very spectacular and
the landscape is unique. On a portion of a few
tens of meters, the valley deepens between
the rocks, making a succession of small cascades
and perfect places for bathing.
Turda Salt Mine
The Turda Salt Mine is among the most spectacular tourist attractions in the world. It is the underground that humans have created deep in Transylvania, digging in the deposited salt after the evaporation of the sea that covered the whole region millions of years ago.
Piatra Secuiului
The place where the sun rises twice. Of all the peaks of the massif, two of them are so high that the sun rises after the first and disappears after the second, to rise once more and shine again, this time for the rest of the day, the roofs of the houses in Rimetea village.
Huda Lui Papara
The Huda lui Papară cave from Trascău is one of the most spectacular in the Apuseni Mountains. Unfortunately, due to the destruction of the access system, it cannot be visited inside for several years. However, the wild and spectacular landscape of the area makes the cave a tourist destination for thousands of people every year. Huda lui Papară also holds several records that differentiate it from other objectives.
Vanatarule Ponorului
The "Vanatarile Ponorului" nature reservation is located on the south-western edge of the limestone Bedeleu peak in the Trascaului Mountains, at the confluence of the Ponorului, Seaca and Poieni valleys, which unite, disappear into the limestone massif and pass through the Huda lui Papara cave
